Colour Challenge 20

Hi, today marks the start of a brand new Colour Challenge over at Chocolate Baroque, so here is the card and colour inspiration,

The card I have created simply uses the Daisy Ring Centre cling mounted stamp.

I stamped the daisy with Onyx Black Versafine and created a mask. This is so that I could place it over my original flower before stamping the remaining 3 flowers and not show the overlap. I have coloured with Zig Clean Colour Brush Pens and then mounted onto black card.

Thanks for stopping by and I hope you will give the Colour Challenge a go!

Harlequin Bouquet

Hi, just a quick post to share a card made with Chocolate Baroque's brand new Harlequin Bouquet stamp.

I stamped and water-coloured the main image before cutting out as an oval using my Scan n Cut and then mounted onto a red card-stock oval. The background is from the Floral Eggs set and Harlequin Fragments

Hope you are all having a lovely Valentines day

For My Valentine

Hello. Thought I would show a card idea for Valentine's Day that is fast approaching.
It is stamped using Chocolate Baroque's Punky Romance set and coloured with Pan Pastels and water-colour brush-markers.

I started by inking up the cog stamp with Versamark and stamping around the base card before carefully applying red and black Pan Pastel with a large soft bristle brush, remember to brush off the excess and then spray with fixative.
Next I inked up the flying heart stamp with Watering Can Archival ink and stamped onto the centre of the card and 3 times onto spare white stamping card.
I coloured the layers of wings with the brush-markers and then layered up onto the main card with 3d glue gel.
The Love sentiment was stamped with Onyx Black Versafine and white highlights were added to the background and sentiment.

Thanks for looking!
